The Foxtrot is identified as an American Smooth dance. It is most similar to the waltz but it's danced to music in 4/4 time. The first video I have is of a couple competing on Dancing with the Stars. You can see that the dance is almost like a play. It tells a story. The dancers did an amazing job!
The video below is a very good video that shows the basic step of the Foxtrot. The teacher did a wonderful job demonstrating the basic steps. His explanations are very clear and thorough. Give it a try and you won't regret!
